I called around 11:30AM and Sandy immediately answered and I explained my situation to her and she said someone would call before they came out to look at the problem. Went with a Bradford White since that what the current unit was. They, Paul and Jake, arrived around 1:00 PM with the new water heater. They were very courteous, friendly and professional, and answered any questions that I had while they were installing the new unit.
