Went with a Bradford White since that what the current unit was. They, Paul and Jake, arrived around 1:00 PM with the new water heater. They were very courteous, friendly and professional, and answered any questions that I had while they were installing the new unit. By 2:00 PM, just over an hour, they departed having completed the job and cleaned the area, probably better than it was when they arrived. Also when I asked if I needed to pay at the moment, they said no that an invoice would be sent to us. Definitely the best experience we have ever had in any type of home repair and we have owned many houses over the years and have dealt with many contractors. They will be our first and only call the next time we need any plumbing work done. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
