There was water in the floor overflow pan and since water heater had been installed in 2009, thought that replacement was going to be the only option. Checked Angies list and called a highly rated local company and got a voice mail recording. We left a message. When no reply after an hour called again and got same recording. Checked with a neighbor on who they have used in past since we have only lived in the condo for 2 years. They recommended . I rechecked Angies list and found out they were a also a highly rated local company. I called around 11:30AM and Sandy immediately answered and I explained my situation to her and she said someone would call before they came out to look at the problem. Went with a Bradford White since that what the current unit was. They, Paul and Jake, arrived around 1:00 PM with the new water heater.
