We were licensed and returned to our house to the yard of the flood and outside the enthusiastic water pipeline on Wednesday. Read more ▾ Winglingam (who was already negotiated before) Thursday morning, 08/18/22 and said they would arrive there between 2:00 and 4:00 in the afternoon. No one appeared to us or called us to tell us that they could not do that. I called about 4:30 pm and I did not receive an answer. I tried to call again after 8:00 am on Friday morning, and I called three times in 30 minutes, and no one will answer your phone. Call another company and said it would be between 11:00 and 2:00 on that day. It was shown at 11:10 pm and the work was fixed and completed at 12:30 pm. It was reliable, modest and knowledgeable. We will not invite Willingam again to fix it, not reliable or responsible, and after reading other reviews, many others will not be brought back. You have fixed a broken PVC water tube and replaced two pressure scales. There were some simple things about this service call that could have been better. They had no part (a joint adjustment of plumbing) and they had to return and get one of the resources. Another component is that when giving drought to the water supply system, plumbing can easily join the garden hose to remove water from the base. As it was, there was a lot of dry water in the concrete pillow (it was under a mobile home) and wet a lot of fiber insulation. All things have been seen, I will definitely contact them again because I think they did a good job and it was a much better experience than the other plumbers in the region. Read less ▴
