We called and answered Jino, he was very professional and knew that we were only telling him what was happening. Read more ▾ He gave us a price and sent someone to empty the tank and avoid leaks. We got to know something wrong. When Jino arrives, when he said he would do it, he told us how much the additional cost will be and soon work to work for an old water heater and install a better new water heater. Very friendly and explain everything clearly. There is no additional price. We appreciate the rapid changes to help deal with our situation. I will call them again to make sure. Both stools were connected and we waited 14 guests to attend a meeting in our house! I called around 11:30 pm and a person from JC Dillon was here around 2:30 pm. Unfortunately, the tubes have been frozen and there is nothing to do, but we really appreciate the quick response and the help of the plumber. Read less ▴

excellent! He was always less at the time and did a great job. Read more ▾ Our expectations crossed. There was a drainage leak under my basin. On the day the date was determined and corrected. They had to cut the galvanized tube as there were leaks and should be replaced. They also had to dig part of the tube from under the ground. The floor under my home was so difficult that they had to use the screwdriver because there is not enough space to use the shovel. It is hardly enough. Read less ▴
