When the tank pump disappeared, the hammer seemed very strong in the basement, because the tubes were temporarily independent until the work was ready to finish. Read more ▾ As a result, a plastic supplement like twisting and breaking, which left about 2-3 inches of water in parts of our lower floor, was seen used as a storage. We had to evacuate the basement, brought the employee a wet void and approach the broken supplement. The employee was rude and kept saying that the work was "good", which is clearly incorrect or there will be no gathering in the basement. The damage was about $ 500, which we had to ask for recovery. He never provided the perpetrators or moisture removal to dry the area, and fortunately we have excellent neighbors who help in this front. When installing the toilet, he did not install the right cap (soft closure), which was additional and was unable to install the appropriate shower head, which we did not know. The updated shower head is not installed with the appropriate tube (this special shower head has a precipitation that requires a 90 -degree elbow until the job works). I am not sure whether the incorrect installation is on the shoulders of the plumber or suppliers, in the case that is added to the headache and the citrus flavor associated with the installation and plumbing group. In general, a terrible experience of my wife and I will not recommend them based on my experience. Install the old sewage line and the weak copper tube. Read less ▴
